Ant Morgan

Ant has been a qualified personal trainer for 20 years but is always learning and upskilling his trade.

Along with the above Ant also has a diploma in Nutrition and sports nutrition along with qualifications in physique and transformation coaching.

Stephen Sullivan

Stephen has been a trainer at AMPT for 3 years and has worked for various local studios before.

He is qualified as a personal trainer and fitness instructor through Image Fitness

Andy Reilly

Andy has grown up at AMPT! He has over 7 years experience teaching a wide range of classes.

Andy is qualified through Litton Lane Training as a personal trainer, fitness instructor. He also has qualifications in kettlebells, spin and pilates.

Sarah O'Neill

Graduated 2019 from DCU with a BSC in Health & Society.  Sarah also has an EQF Level 3 in Group Instruction and Fitness Instruction as well as EQF Level 4 Personal Trainer. She also hold certificates in Spinning and Boxercise.

My approach to fitness comes from my experience as a cancer survivor. I advocate for a healthy balance in all aspects of health and fitness. A sustainable approach brings sustainable results! I believe a lot of people don’t realise how good our bodies are supposed to feel. I strive to help others realise this, in my approach to exercise, nutrition and all round lifestyle.
